Men collects herbal plants from KMTR, fined

The forest department has slapped a fine of Rs 60,000 on four men (Rs 15,000 on each of them) for entering the Kalakkad Mundanthurai Tiger Reserve (KMTR) in Tirunelveli district of Tamil Nadu illegally and collecting herbal plants.
