Man held for filming woman colleague in bathroom

The Madurai district police on Thursday arrested a joint commissioner of Hindu religious and charitable endowment (HR and CE) department after a woman official in the same department filed a complaint that he had installed a pen camera in a bathroom where she had taken bath.
