DMK fields 4th candidate on behalf of alliance

In a twist to the July 18 Rajya Sabha polls, to choose six members to the upper house from Tamil Nadu, the DMK on Monday fielded a fourth candidate on behalf of its alliance. N R Elango, a senior advocate and member of DMK legal wing, filed his nomination on Monday, the last date for the same.
