Chennai: Community wells to now help residents

After copping criticism over its handling of the water situation, the city corporation is now looking at different ways to shore up its resources. Along with the water managers, it plans to revamp existing community wells and convert them into modern public spaces, following the Kerala model of rainwater harvesting.
