Water crisis: DMK members protest in Coimbatore, held

Police on Wednesday detained 512 DMK members, including Singanallur legislator N Karthik, for protesting in front of the Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation (CCMS) office. Of them, 118 were women. They were demanding regular distribution of drinking water.
