Rock phosphate: Tuticorin port sets new record

V O Chidambaranar Port in Tuticorin created a new record by handling 27,546 tonne of rock phosphate in a single day on June 24 (Monday). By doing so, the port surpassed its previous single day handling record of 26,527 tonne rock phosphate set on September 8, 2012.
