Civilian is self sufficient as the rest of Chennai struggles

In the midst of one of the worst water crises in Chennai, V K Raviraja has more than enough for drinking and other needs. The resident of Vasuki Street in Rajakilpakkam near Selaiyur on Velachery Main Road says he has a 4,500 litre capacity overhead tank that collects 1,500 litres of rainwater every monsoon.
