TN: Transsexual held for stealing diamond ring

The Chennai city police on Thursday arrested a transsexual for stealing a diamond ring from a woman. According to police, Subashini, 24, an employee of Tamil Nadu forest department and a resident of Pallavan Nagar in Ekkaduthangal was approached by a transsexual in Royapuram, offering to ward off “evil spirits that surrounded her”
