​Open toilet, bad AC, old coach make travel to Kerala miserable

Passengers in an airconditioned compartment of the Chennai-Mangaluru West Coast Express had a torrid time on Sunday. The door of a toilet in B4 was ajar, the coach was old and the airconditioning was not working properly.
