Nadigar Sangam polls: HC refuses urgent hearing

The Madras high court on Thursday refused an urgent hearing of a plea moved by Nadigar Sangam (South Indian Artists' Association) challenging the decision of the registrar of societies deferring the June 23 elections to the association.
