Entrepreneur hires man to feed strays in Anna Nagar

As the city retires for the night, street dogs in and around Anna Nagar wait for this friendly stranger to come and feed them. Hired by an Anna Nagar resident, this man goes around the area on a bike with a ‘Mothers of Animals’ sticker on it, and feeds the dogs. He is often spotted by late-night diners.
