Buses parked in Indira Nagar irks residents

Residents along Second Avenue in Indira Nagar are menaced by the private buses that are parked on the road — even in the evening. This is besides the illegal parking of cabs and other vehicles through the day. Repeated complaints to traffic police have gone in vain.
