An affidavit filed in the Madras high court on behalf of 32 doctors working as consultants in Apollo Hospitals has charged the Justice A Arumughaswamy commission with having no expertise and infrastructure to examine complicated medical procedures which were part of treatment given to former Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalithaa.
