Tiger ‘stabilising’: HC happy with TN forest dept

A week after the maneater of Masingagudi, code-named MDT23, was tranquilised and captured in the Nilgiris, Madras high court commended the Tamil Nadu forest department for the efforts expended in capturing the tiger alive.
