Tamil Nadu reports 1,578 new Covid -19 cases, 24 deaths

The state added 1,578 new Covid -19 cases on Saturday compared to 1,597 on Friday and 1,612 on Thursday. Despite the decline in total number of cases, at least 14 districts including Thiruvarur and Madurai reported an increase in the last 24 hours.
