TN: 7L new mobile subscriptions in Sept, Oct

Tamil Nadu added seven lakh new prepaid and postpaid mobile connections in September and October, pushing the total number of connections in the state to 8 crore. The number of wired lines declined with the state losing more than 18,000 connections in the two months.
