Nivar fills up water bodies in TN & Puducherry

At least three people were killed in Tamil Nadu, more than 1,000 trees uprooted and several low-lying areas were inundated as very severe cyclonic storm Nivar made landfall near Marakkanam, about 30km north of Puducherry, between 11.15pm on Wednesday and 2.30am on Thursday.
