Chennai: Manja slits cop’s throat, 2 injured

A traffic police constable suffered injuries on the throat when he came in contact with a severed piece of manja thread on the Padi flyover on Sunday evening. The constable was on a bike with his wife who fell off the twowheeler and suffered injuries.
