In a day, TN records 3,680 new cases, 64 deaths

Chennai and three neighbouring districts maintained a decline in Covid-19 positive numbers, accounting for only around 48% of the 3,680 fresh cases Tamil Nadu reported on Friday. While this pushed the state’s Covid-19 tally beyond 1.3 lakh, the active cases were much lower at 46,105.
