Amid pandemic, TN tests investment positive

More than a month into the Covid-induced lockdown, Tamil Nadu industries secretary N Muruganantham in an interview to TOI said it was the right time to do something good for the state. "The state has multiple strengths. We need to promote it properly," he said, elaborating on initiatives being taken to make Tamil Nadu an attractive investment destination.
