Stalin alleges irregularities in highways tender

DMK president M K Stalin on Sunday alleged irregularities in the tenders floated, for undertaking maintenance of state highways in Tamil Nadu. He was citing a PIL filed by a contractor before the Madras high court, which has since directed the litigant, being an affected party, to file a writ petition for further proceedings.
