The orphanages and old age homes in the district are finding it difficult to take care of inmates, as sponsors are not in a position to supply them essentials. It has forced an orphanage cum home for differently abled children and senior citizens on the outskirts of the city to approach their benefactors after almost 20 years for donations to feed 365 of its inmates.
