Vendors at Marina beach to get smart carts

Greater Chennai Corporation has announced that 60% of the smart carts that it is purchasing for the Marina beach will be given to applicants who are existing street vendors, while the remaining will be kept open for others who may not be vendors there but intend to start a business on the beach.
