Trichy: Farmer supplies vegetables free-of-cost

Over the last two days, S Moorthy, 51, an organic farmer in Pudukottai, had distributed over 1,000 kg of vegetables to under privileged families in Pudukottai town. He made free door-to-door supply of vegetables worth Rs 15,000, of which a portion was grown on his own farm.
