TN fails to review atrocities against SC, ST

Most of the states including Tamil Nadu have not convened the state-level vigilance committee under the chairmanship of the chief minister to review the implementation of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 for three consecutive years (2016, 2017 and 2018).
