TN: Face ID, thumb print for medical admission

The state selection committee will use technology assistance, including facial identification and thumb impression, to prevent impersonation during MBBS admissions this June, director of medical education Dr R Narayana Babu said. The state is also planning to videograph the entire counselling process, he said.
