TN: Class XII exams under new syllabus begin today

After a year-long preparation under the new syllabus, state board Class XII students will appear for board exams from Monday. The exams start with the language paper. The 8.16 lakh students set to appear for the exams, and their teachers and parents, are excited and anxious as the exams will show how they cope with a heavier syllabus.
