Reprieve for Rajinikanth in hate speech issue

Actor Rajinikanth scored his first major win in a court of law, when a magistrate court refused to categorise his statement on social reformer EVR Periyar as 'hate speech' and dismissed a petition seeking registration of a criminal case against him.
