College student sexually abuses 10-year-old, held

The Melur All Women Police have arrested a 19-year-old college student for sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl from his village. Although he has been abusing the girl for a long time, it came to the knowledge of her parents only a few days ago when the girl narrated her ordeal.
