Tuticorin firing: 7th phase of inquiry done

The one-member commissioner headed by Justice (retd) Aruna Jagadeesan on Friday completed its seventh phase of inquiry with the victims and witnesses of the police firing and riots on the 100th day of the anti-Sterlite protests in Tuticorin on May 22, 2018. As many as 48 witnesses were inquired in the 7th phase that began in Tuticorin on Tuesday (January 22).
