Jactto-Geo calls off strike after CM's appeal

The Joint Action Council of Tamil Nadu Teachers’ Organisations and Government Employees’ Organisations (Jactto-Geo), the supreme body of government staff and teachers, on Wednesday called off its strike, albeit temporarily, following an appeal by chief minister Edappadi K Palaniswami and various political party leaders.
