Implement 27% quota for BC and OBC: Stalin

The DMK, which on Friday moved the Madras high court against 10% job reservation for economically weaker sections in general category, criticised the Centre for implementing the new reservation while it has failed to implement 27% of quota for BC and OBC people in all government departments.
