Suspended TN DGP questions trial court’s jurisdiction

Suspended DGP rank officer Rajesh Das, facing sexual harassment charges levelled by a woman IPS officer, has questioned the jurisdiction of the chief judicial magistrate, Villupuram in accepting the final report filed against him by CB-CID.
