Chennai: Man held for kidnap, sexual abuse of minor

Police on Wednesday arrested a car driver under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (Pocso) Act and remanded him in judicial custody for kidnapping a 13-year-old child in his car and sexually abusing her at his house near Thirumullaivoyal late on Tuesday.
