For Tamil Nadu, where the number of Covidpositive cases is surging every passing day, the immediate focus would be to judiciously use oxygen and retain the production capacity. Government officials said capacity addition would take at least six months, building infrastructure to convert industrial oxygen for medical use would take up to three months.
