Chennai: Fruit sale at Koyambedu drops

The sale at the wholesale fruit market in Koyambedu has plunged, with demand from eateries and juice shops dropping, but prices have not fallen. Several fruits continue to retail at rates higher than wholesale prices by ₹30 to ₹50 a kg.
