TN: 'Disabled didn’t get postal ballot forms'

It has been 10 days past the mandated deadline for booth level officers (BLOs) across the city to collect 12D forms – the postal ballot option offered to citizens with disabilities and those above the age of 80. And yet, hundreds of candidates with disabilities who are eligible and eager to exercise this option haven’t received their forms or been notified of the process involved – members of the disability movement in Chennai have alleged.
