Covid: Chennai sees 70% increase in active cases

There has been a 70% increase in the number of active Covid-19 cases in the last one week in Chennai, official data released by the Greater Chennai Corporation shows. While on March 19, the city corporation had 2,394 active cases, on March 26 the number increased to 4,082.
