Rajinikanth agrees to appear before Sterlite panel

Actor Rajinikanth on Tuesday expressed interest in deposing through video conference before the one-member justice (retired) Aruna Jagadeesan commission probing the riots and police-firing on the 100th day of the anti-Sterlite protest in Tuticorin in May 2018 that claimed 14 lives.
