TN: Passengers travel atop buses to cast votes

Chaos reigned at Chennai Mofussil Bus Terminus in Koyambedu and Perungalathur bus stand since Wednesday night till the early hours of Thursday as there were not enough buses. Unable to handle the swelling crowd, police resorted to lathicharge at Koyambedu and this worsened the situation further.
