Tamil Nadu chief secretary Girija Vaidyanathan on Friday directed disaster rescue teams to take positions in areas where cyclone Fani is expected to make landfall. Weathermen said that strengthening system is likely to move off the Sri Lanka coast in the next 96 hours and reach near north Tamil Nadu and south Andhra Pradesh coast on the evening of April 30.
