POCSO: 'Exclude consensual teenage relationship'

The Madras high court on Friday suggested that the government consider excluding consensual sex with a minor girl above 16 years from the purview of the provisions of the POCSO Act to distinguish the cases of teenage relationship from the cases of sexual assault on children below 16 years.
