Dayanidhi Alagiri-promoted firm asssets attached

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has provisionally attached fixed deposits and 25 movable and immovable properties – totally worth Rs 40 crore -- belonging to Olympus Granites Pvt Ltd and others under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 in an illegal granite mining case. Former Union minister M K Alagiri’s son Dayanidhi Alagiri is one of the directors of the company.
