'Special session convened after pressure from oppn'

DMK president M K Stalin on Wednesday said it was due to the pressure exerted by the opposition parties that the Tamil Nadu government had decided to convene a special session of the assembly to pass a resolution against the move of Karnataka to construct a dam across the Cauvery at Mekedatu.
