Why metro rail will ‘convert’ underground stations to elevated ones in phase 2

Roller coaster ride for commuters when a part of phase-2 line opens in a few years as a few underground stations will be elevated to cut cost while a few stations will go underground well below the existing tunnels at a depth of 29m.
