Man duped by recharge call, loses Rs 1.2 lakh

In a unique case of cyber fraud, a retired Army colonel was conned of Rs 1.24 lakh on the pretext of a phone recharge. Col Luv Swarup of Gomtinagar told cybercell that he had got an online recharge of Rs 630 for his prepaid connection for 24 months on November 8.
