TN: Flooding waterfalls leave weekend tourists disappointed at Courtallam

Weekend tourists who came to Courtallam were disappointed as all the four falls – Old Courtallam, Main Falls, Five Falls and Tiger Falls – were flooded due to heavy rains in the catchment areas. Bathing was banned at all the falls from Friday night. At Old Courtallam the gushing water went far beyond the safe bathing zone and flowed through the approach path. Main Falls was no exemption.
