Casual worker held for flashing at college student

A 28-year-old man who was employed as a food waste collector at the mess of the women’s hostel of SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST) in Kattankulathur was arrested by the Kancheepuram police on Friday on charges of misbehaving with a student.
