TN: Uniform FSI of 2.0 for residential buildings

Days after announcing to revise the Floor Space Index (FSI), the Tamil Nadu government on Monday issued an order fixing uniform FSI of 2.0 for residential developments across Tamil Nadu. The move is expected to spur vertical development making availability of an additional 33% built up area.
