Puducherry: Kiran Bedi asks MLA to wrap up speech

The unruly behaviour of AIADMK legislator A Anbalagan marred the 150th birth anniversary celebrations of Mahatma Gandhi here on Tuesday during which public works minister A Namassivayam declared the Union territory of Puducherry as open defecation-free under the Swachh Bharat Mission in the presence of lieutenant governor Kiran Bedi.
